Description
The mountain on the bottom left side of the photograph is the 11,306 foot Mount Taylor in North-Central New Mexico. The photograph was taken from Sandia Heights on the far Northeast side of Albuquerque. Mount Taylor is an ancient volcano which is believed to have erupted in the same fashion as Mount Saint Helens in Washigton and the San Francisco Peaks of Northern Arizona.
